Your Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents, maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence.
Assist residents with daily activities, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
Observe and report any changes in residents? physical or emotional wellbeing.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals.
Follow individual care plans, safeguarding procedures, infection prevention measures, and health and safety policies.
Maintain accurate care records and respect residents? confidentiality.
Offer emotional support, companionship, and reassurance to residents.
What We Are Looking For

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A willingness to learn and follow care procedures and instructions.
Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting is desirable; applicants with no previous experience may be considered where suitable training and support are available.
The right to work in the UK and the ability to meet the required pre-employment checks.
Essential Requirements
Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks, as applicable to the role.
Suitable references and employment history checks.
Completion of required training and compliance documentation.
