Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.

• Administer medications safely in accordance with prescriptions, policies, and professional standards.

• Monitor residents? health and identify changes in their physical or mental wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and nursing documentation.

• Lead and support care staff, promoting high standards of care delivery.

• Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and escalate clinical concerns when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection prevention, health and safety, and confidentiality requirements.

• Promote residents? dignity, independence, privacy, and overall wellbeing.

• Follow the NMC Code and relevant clinical and regulatory requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse, with the appropriate registration status for the role.

• Previous nursing experience in a care home, nursing home, hospital, or relevant healthcare setting is desirable.

• Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate, professional, and patient-centred approach.

• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• A reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.

• The right to work in the UK and the ability to complete the required pre-employment and compliance checks.
